The parent company of Levet and Partners, JM Levet S.A, founded in 1785, was one of the most important property management firms in Paris. Its major clientele included :

International ventures :
In 1991, Jean-Marc Levet & Partners acquired a leading Manhattan commercial brokerage firm and opened its international headquarter on 445 Park Avenue, with 30 sales associates, to provide full-services in high-end residential sales, office and retail leasing, appraisals and consulting, both locally and internationally. It rose in a couple of years to become the 10th most important real estate agency in New York City.
In 1992, Jean Marc Levet also signed a referral agreement with Rodeo Realty, a Beverly Hills-based residential real estate firm with 60 offices on the west coast, to expand the investment capabilities of both firms, and to cater to affluent international investors as the two companies were established authorities in high-end residential real estate properties.
Today, Levet and Partners has offices or affiliates, and well established contacts and clients in Paris, Monaco, Milan, Berlin, New York and beyond.

The sale of an 1000m2 office building, next to Palais de l’Elysée, on Rue d’Aguesseau ;
The acquisition of a grand town house on the Quai Anatole France, on behalf of one of the most prominent Parisian antique dealers.
